Border collies are best known for their hard-working ethics and herding instincts. Watch any agility competition and you are guaranteed to see it being dominated by border collies!

The standard black and white border collie is the most popular, but did you know they come in variety of colors and patterns? Black, blue, brindle, gold, lilac, red, sable, seal, slate, red, and wide range of mixes of those colors!

Here is our first border collie, Thunder, at 6 months old. He is considered a sable.

When choosing a name for your border collie, consider his coloring, markings. Find a name that fits his personality. We have both male and female border collie names listed below, many of which can be interchangeable.
